Visiting doctoral and post-doctoral students at Sciences Po
OXPO is a meeting point for social science scholars in Oxford and at Sciences Po, who work on the comparative analysis of the evolution of political systems and societies, in Europe and beyond. It coordinates various comparative research projects that contribute to this goal and offers various opportunities to develop new ones, including for doctoral students and post-docs. OXPO seeks to facilitate scholarly exchanges between the Departments of Politics and International Relations and of Sociology in Oxford and Sciences Po in Paris.
During their stay at Sciences Po as academic visitor, they will have a student card and access to Library facilities and will be, depending on their area of research, be associated to one of the research centres (http://www.sciencespo.fr/en/content/51/doing-research-sciences-po) and with the Ecole doctorale. They will be encouraged to take part in doctoral seminars. At the end of their stay, they will be asked to write a working paper. The working paper will put online on the OXPO website.
